What is your return policy?

If you are dissatisfied with your item or wish to exchange it, we are happy to accommodate. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Only regularly priced items are eligible to be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, but may be returned for store credit.

 

When will my item be shipped?

We will ship your item the next business day after your order is placed. We ship through USPS First Class and will provide tracking information. Exact delivery times will depend on your location.

 

What are your shipping rates?

$4.99 for domestic (US) shipping.

$9.99 to Canada

$12.99 for international shipping

We offer FREE shipping for all orders over $150!

 

What is the connection to your eBay stores?

We have been selling gently used and new clothing on eBay for over a decade. We still have an impressive array of inventory that we sell through our Knitted Closet eBay store and All Cashmere Boutique, but everything on our boutique here is brand new and straight from the designers. 

 

Why doesn't my item look exactly like the picture?

Due to the artistic nature of many of our products, particularly the hand painted silk or unique prints, there will be some slight variances between the individual items, though the general design and colors will be true. This is because of the artisan techniques of the manufacturers and is not a mistake. 

 

I see you have an office pup, does she get into the clothes?

No! She is limited to her bed and the office with the computers. Our inventory is kept separately in a totally pet free environment. Any pictures of her on clothing is on damaged products that we are NOT selling.
